 PLANNING Our planning process is built upon identifying the maximum credible threat(s) to your operations through Vulnerability Assessments and other measures.  Once identified, a corporate-wide crisis management plan is formulated, implemented and distributed. 

 TRAINING Training and exercises are then conducted at division level, then the multi-division level and ultimately a corporate-wide crisis training exercise is executed.
