Egbert Jr. is an expert in the tactical deployment of small arms, with just over 12 years experience and training with elite Military units and Government Agencies.  He is now currently a part-time officer in a Chicagoland Police Department, and is the training director for the departments Tactical Response Team.  Along with being registered as an instructor with the State of Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board, he instructs for two State Mobil Training Units.  Out-side of law enforcement Egbert also trains professional corporate and private executive protection teams.  As Deputy Director of TRIDENT Special Operations Egbert over sees the day to day operations, international clients and is Team Commander of TRIDENT'S High Risk Protection Team.

Sanford is currently employed with TRIDENT Special Operations as the organizations Operations Specialist.   He has spent the last 3 years assisting in developing TRIDENT'S courses and scenarios in conjunction with the Chief Instructor and Lead Instructors. Sanford is qualified as a range officer, weapons and tactics instructor.  Outside of law enforcement training Sanford holds the position of Asst. Team Leader and Field Operations Head with TRIDENT'S High Risk Protection Detail.

Abner is currently employed with a Chicagoland suburban Police Department. Abner also served in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm. He is a range and tactics instructor, as well as being assigned to a multi-jurisdictional SWAT team as a Assistant Team Leader.

Chowlewinski has 15 years experience as a police officer with a north suburban Chicago department. He has worked in the traffic and criminal investigations divisions. Currently he is assigned to the patrol division and is the department's Lead Instructor in the Use of Force/ Tactical Training Division. He has also served as an Assitant Team Leader, Squad Leader, and memeber of the Warrant Service / High Risk Incident Team on a multi- jurisdictional SWAT Team. He has also served as the Lead Instructor for the team sponsored Basic SWAT School training in SWAT Combatives.  In addition to being a lead instructor at Trident, he is a state certified instructor actively consulting with the College of Lake County Criminal Justice Institue, and the North East Multi-Regional Training STTAR programs."
